本文论述了用氨-氨分解气氛进行可控气氛氮化试验,采用单元素法控制氮势,以获得单相γ′化合物层或无白层氮化层。不同氮化工艺处理的试样,经声发射法测定了氮化层的脆性,并进行了耐磨性、接触疲劳与弯曲疲劳试验,以及变形量的测定,并与常规氮化试样进行了对比。以38CrMoAl钢内外齿圈为例进行了γ′单相可控氮化生产试验,可以省去常规氮化后所需的磨齿工序,而且可以控制变形量,获得了满意的产品。
In this paper, a controlled atmosphere nitriding test was carried out using an ammonia-ammonia decomposition atmosphere and a single-element method was used to control the nitrogen potential to obtain a single-phase γ ’compound layer or a blanket-free nitride layer. The nitriding brittleness of the nitrided layer was measured by the acoustic emission method under different nitriding process. The wear resistance, contact fatigue and flexural fatigue test, as well as the deformation of the nitrided layer were measured and compared with the conventional nitrided samples Compared. Taking 38CrMoAl internal and external ring gear as an example, γ ’single phase controlled nitriding production test was carried out, which can eliminate the grinding process required after conventional nitriding, and can control the deformation and obtain the satisfactory product.
