目前随着我国经济的迅猛发展,职业学校发展迅速,面貌日新月异,但这其中有许多院校存在着重专业技术教育、轻人文素质教育的现象。目前,我国职业学校均把培养目标定位在“为社会培养高等职业技术应用型专门人才”上,这一培养目标决定了职业学校只能简单地以适应社会需要为目标,认为只要学生能通过“双证”(毕业证、技术等级证)考核,便万事大吉。笔者就是由此出发,进一步在明确人文素质教育在职业院校中的地位,同时为后期人文素质教育在职业院校中的进一步落实阐明了自己的方法和观点。
At present, with the rapid development of economy in our country, vocational schools are developing rapidly and their appearances change rapidly with each passing day. However, there are many institutions in which there are phenomena that emphasize specialized technical education and light humanistic quality education. At present, vocational schools in our country all focus their training objectives on “cultivating higher vocational and technical applied talents for the society”. The goal of training determines that vocational schools can simply meet the needs of the society as their goal. Passed “double certificate ” (diploma, technical grade certificate) assessment, everything will be fine. Based on this, the author starts from further clarifying the position of humanistic education in vocational colleges and expounds his own methods and opinions for the further implementation of humanistic education in vocational schools in the latter part of the world.
