目的 旨在说明新法———离心法制得角膜胶原膜的意义。方法 鉴定分析了由猪巩膜中提取纯化的胶原并对由该胶原经离心法制得角膜胶原膜的理化生物指标进行检测与实验研究。结果 提取纯化的胶原属大量Ⅰ型及少量Ⅲ型胶原蛋白 ,离心法制得角膜胶原膜的多项理化指标可达到或优于国内外同类产品指标。结论 本研究可为离心法制得角膜胶原膜的临床应用提供科学的依据
The purpose is to explain the new method --- centrifugal method of corneal collagen membrane. Methods The purified collagen from porcine sclera was identified and analyzed. The physical and chemical indexes of corneal collagen membrane prepared by centrifugation were detected and studied. Results A large number of collagen type Ⅰ and a small amount of type Ⅲ collagen were extracted and purified. A number of physicochemical indexes of corneal collagen membrane prepared by centrifugation could reach or surpass those of similar products at home and abroad. Conclusion This study may provide a scientific basis for the clinical application of corneal collagen membrane prepared by centrifugation
