笔者在工作实践中发现附片按《中国药典》85年版一部157页方法作薄层层析时,点样、展开后,喷以碘化钾碘试液与碘化铋钾试液的混合液显色,但由于显色剂颜色呈深棕褐色(类似碘酒颜色),喷雾后,薄层板上乌头碱标准品位置上的桔红色斑点不明显,很难观察样品和标准品的对照斑点。为此,笔者对该显色剂作了改进,采用改良碘化铋钾试剂显色,使薄层板上的桔红色斑点清晰,极易观察,取得满意效果。其方法是:按《中国药典》85年版一部157页附片检查方法进行,在喷显色剂时改用改良碘化铋钾试
