以野生连瓣兰和组培连瓣兰为试材,采用内生真菌分离鉴定、内生真菌与连瓣兰组培苗的共生培养以及制作石蜡切片对其菌根结构进行观察等方法,研究菌根真菌对连瓣兰生长的影响,并找出适合连瓣兰生长的菌根真菌。结果表明:从保山野外采集的12株连瓣兰中分离得到的10个菌株中,有3株适合与组培苗进行共生培养,分别是丝核菌属(Rhizoctoniasp.)、毛壳菌属(Chaetomiumsp.)、镰刀菌属(Fusariumsp.),其中丝核菌效果最佳,对无菌组培苗生长有良好的促进作用并在无菌组培苗根部形成菌丝结。
