针对炼化企业当前面临计划与调度不能紧密衔接的问题,金陵石化在生产计划调度一体化方面进行了相关的研究和探索。在考虑原油到港时间、装置加工变化等因素的情况下,通过调度优化将月计划的目标转换为日目标,并利用排产工具,获得具体的调度指令,之后通过调度模拟验证指令的可行性,最后通过指令指挥系统下达指令。配合可视化的监控、跟踪和分析技术,及时发现问题,解决问题,保证指令的执行,使企业始终运行在最佳状态,实现了生产效益最大化的目标。
