我厂自解放以来,在产量和质量逐渐提高的过程中,由于设备能力不足(以轧钢机主轴最为薄弱)而限制了产量的进一步提高,自1958年大跃进以来,生产要求迅速提高与设备能力不足的矛盾更为突出,我厂为了确保轧钢产量的提高,决定在58年7~8月进行对轧钢车间的技术改造——大修理。大修前设备布置及生产概况: 轧钢车间设有连续式加热炉二座(烧煤),400公厘开坯轧钢机一架及250公厘横列式小型轧钢机四架,其动力为750HP及500HP电动机并联传动,成品机架由200HP电动机单独传动,轧辊转速,400公厘开坯轧机为98转/分,250公厘小型轧机为190转/分,成品轧机为240转/分,平面布置参看图1。生产过程:钢锭由炼钢车间用平车运来后,用天车及电葫芦分别装炉,用顶钢机逐渐推进,出炉时利用自动推料机推出,由人力用吊钳输送到400公厘开坯轧机,该机架完全为人力操作,在万能菱形孔型内轧制7~9道后,由输送辊道送到250公厘小型轧机进行轧制,当通过小型轧机第一道后用摆动式热剪机切去头尾,然后继续进行轧制,在小型机列共通过5道,分别采用了正反围盘,成品轧出后由人工将钢材甩至冷床,冷床上设有雨淋式强迫冷却设备,当冷至室温时再顺序鈎到辊道送至冷剪机切成定尺钢材,再经检
