目的观察辛伐他汀对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松症骨密度和血清降钙素的影响。方法将63只大鼠随机分为正常对照组、单纯去势组、去势加辛伐他汀治疗组3组,通过手术去除双侧卵巢复制大鼠骨质疏松症模型,各组分别灌胃生理盐水及相应药物12w,检测各组大鼠骨密度及血清降钙素含量。结果与正常对照组比较,单纯去势组、去势加辛伐他汀组骨密度及血清降钙素含量均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与单纯去势组比较,去势加药组的骨密度及降钙素均明显升高,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论辛伐他汀可能通过升高血清降钙素水平,减缓骨量丢失,起到防治骨质疏松的作用。
Objective To observe the effects of simvastatin on bone mineral density and serum calcitonin in ovariectomized rats. Methods Sixty-three rats were randomly divided into normal control group, simple castration group and castration plus simvastatin treatment group. The osteoporosis model of bilateral ovariectomized rats was removed by surgery. Saline and corresponding drugs 12w, bone mineral density and serum calcitonin levels in each group were measured. Results Compared with the normal control group, the bone mineral density and serum calcitonin in castrated group and castrated plus simvastatin group were significantly lower than those in normal control group (P <0.01) The bone mineral density and calcitonin in the dosing group were significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Simvastatin may prevent osteoporosis by increasing serum calcitonin level and decreasing bone loss.
