目的对国内不同产区不同种质瓜蒌总皂苷和腺苷含量进行分析测定,探讨种质差异对瓜蒌活性成分含量的影响,为优良品种选育提供参考。方法采用紫外分光光度法和高效液相色谱法分别测定总皂苷和腺苷含量。结果不同种质瓜蒌总皂苷、腺苷含量均有明显差异,种质间的变异系数高达20.07%、19.05%,呈现出道地产区种质高于新产区的趋势。结论为保证与提高瓜蒌药材质量,应以道地产区种质为基础选育优良品种。
Objective To analyze the content of total saponins and adenosine in different species of cucumber in different producing areas in China, and to explore the effect of different germplasm on the content of active ingredients in cucumber and provide references for the breeding of elite varieties. Methods The content of total saponins and adenosine were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and high performance liquid chromatography. Results The contents of total saponins and adenosine in different germplasms were significantly different. The coefficient of variation among germplasms was as high as 20.07% and 19.05%, showing a trend of higher germplasm level than that of new producing areas. Conclusion In order to ensure and improve the quality of the medicinal materials, we should breed fine varieties based on the germplasm of the real estate area.
