酶法漂白是在传统漂白工序之前将浆料纤维表面的木聚糖进行选择性的脱除。近年来,讨论的重点在于采用酶法漂白是否对整个漂白浆的得率产生影响。该文对采用酶法漂白多年的硫酸盐浆厂的纸浆得率、卡伯值等生产检测数据分析表明,不能确定酶法是否影响纸浆得率。另外对2个硫酸盐浆厂(一个是针叶木浆厂,另一个是阔叶木浆厂)的纸浆得率、卡伯值和BOD等生产检测数据分析表明,采用酶处理对阔叶木纸浆的得率、卡伯值和BOD均无影响,而对针叶木浆厂废水的BOD有影响——导致BOD增加。废水中BOD的增加是否和粗浆洗涤时有机物的流失或酶法漂白降低浆料得率有关,还需进一步研究。
Enzymatic bleaching is the selective bleaching of xylan on the surface of pulp fibers prior to conventional bleaching processes. In recent years, the focus of the discussion has been on whether the enzymatic bleaching has an impact on the yield of the entire bleached pulp. In this paper, the enzymatic bleaching for many years in the pulp mill kraft pulp yield, kappa number and other production testing data analysis showed that the enzyme can not determine whether the impact of pulp yield. In addition, the analysis of pulp yield, kappa number and BOD production data of two kraft pulp mills (one is softwood pulp mill and the other is hardwood pulp mill) shows that the enzymatic treatment of hardwood pulp Rate, Kappa number and BOD had no effect, but had an impact on the BOD of conifer pulp mill wastewater - resulting in an increase in BOD. Whether the increase of BOD in wastewater is related to the loss of organic matter in the process of brown pulp washing or the enzymatic bleaching reduces the yield of the pulp, further study is needed.
