目的 :探讨泪粘液蕨样结晶与干燥性角结膜炎 (Keratoconjunctivitis Sicca,KCS)诊断的关系。方法 :研究对象分为三组 ,实验组 :原发性 Sjogren综合征引起的 KCS患者 30例 6 0眼。对照组 1 :非 SJogren综合征引起的眼干患者 30例 6 0眼。对照组2 :健康对照 30例 6 0眼。三组均由专人作 TET检测 ,实验组同时作常规法检查 :Schirmer I test、 Rose Bengal、 Tear Break up Time。泪粘液结晶分为四型 , 型为正常 , 、 、 型为异常。结果 :TET检测 ,实验组与对照组1 间有非常显著差异 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,实验组与对照组 2 间也有非常显著差异 (P<0 .0 0 1)。常规法检测 ,实验组 6 0眼均为阳性 ,与 TFT检测结果极相关 (rs=0 .82 36 P<0 .0 0 1)。结论 :泪粘液蕨样结晶检查法操作简单、便捷、价廉、无损伤 ,用以诊断 KCS敏感性高 ,特异性强。
Objective: To explore the relationship between the diagnosis of tear conjunctival fern-like crystals and keratoconjunctivitis Sicca (KCS). Methods: The subjects were divided into three groups: experimental group: 60 KCS patients caused by primary Sjogren syndrome. Control group 1: 30 eyes of 60 eyes with non-SJogren syndrome. Control group 2: 30 healthy controls, 60 cases. Three groups were by hand for TET test, the experimental group at the same time for routine examination: Schirmer I test, Rose Bengal, Tear Break up Time. Teardrop mucus crystal is divided into four types, type is normal, type is abnormal. Results: There was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group 1 (P <0. 001), and there was also a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group 2 (P <0. Routine tests showed that 60 eyes of the experimental group were all positive, which was highly correlated with the results of TFT (rs = 0.82 36 P <0.001). Conclusion: The tear mucinous fern - like crystallography method is simple, convenient, inexpensive and nondestructive. It is sensitive and specific for KCS diagnosis.
