概述为验证核电站堆芯设计参数和计算热管因子,设计了堆内中子通量测量系统,它能测量反应堆内所选择位置的中子通量分布。“移动式探测器位置装置”是堆内中子通量测量系统的重要部件。此装置用来控制及指示堆芯移动式探测器在堆内的移动位置,同时将探测器在堆内的各点位置转换成对应的电讯号,与探测器测得的各点电流在 x—y记录仪上描绘出相应的轴向通量分布曲线。此装置包括“显示器、定值器、D/A 转换器、减法器、控制器、稳压电源及校验器”共七个 NiM 机箱插件。该仪器配用长春光学仪器厂的 QDBF—14型光电编码器,整机数字部分全部采用 MOS 电路。
Overview To verify the nuclear design parameters of a nuclear power plant and to calculate the heat pipe factor, a neutron flux measurement system was designed to measure the neutron flux distribution at selected locations in the reactor. The “Mobile Detector Positioner” is an important part of the on-chip neutron flux measurement system. This device is used to control and instruct the movement of the core mobile detector within the pile position, at the same time the detector in the pile at each point position into a corresponding electrical signal, and the detector measured current at each point x- y recorder describes the corresponding axial flux distribution curve. The unit includes a total of seven NiM chassis inserts for “Monitors, Schedulers, D / A Converters, Subtracters, Controllers, Regulators and Calibrators.” The instrument equipped with Changchun Optical Instrument Factory QDBF-14 optical encoder, the whole digital part of all the MOS circuit.
