我国广播电视行业现行的工资管理体制是随着社会主义经济制度的确立而建立起来的。在不同的历史时期发挥过不同程度的积极作用。但随着我国经济的发展和该行业市场化进程的加快,我国原来的薪酬分配理念、分配形式均受到强烈的冲击。
The current wage management system in the radio and television industry in our country was established with the establishment of a socialist economic system. In different historical periods have played a different degree of positive effect. However, with the development of China’s economy and the acceleration of marketization in the industry, the original concept of remuneration distribution and its distribution in our country have been strongly impacted.
