提出了一种测定松花粉破壁率的新方法 ,采用正交试验设计优化了影响测定的各种因素 ,得出了最佳试验条件。该方法线性关系良好、准确度高、简便易行。 A new method for the determination of pine pollen wall breaking rate was proposed. Orthogonal experimental design was used to optimize various factors affecting the determination, and the optimum test conditions were obtained. The method has good linearity, high accuracy and is easy to operate.
