教学实践活动从本质上说是教师和学生以课堂为渠道的交往活动,是教师的教和学生的学统一的活动。学生是课堂的主人,学习是学生个体有意义的探究行为,课堂教学应强调发挥学生的主动性,要让课堂活起来,让学生动起来。本文从课堂氛围、座位的编排、教师提问和教师的评价等几个方面分析了影响学生学习主动性的因素,并提出了几点培养学生学习主动性的建议,旨在构建以学生为主体的课堂,发挥学生的主体地位,提高小学语文课堂教学的质量和效率。
Teaching practice is essentially the teacher and student activities in the classroom as a channel of communication, is the teaching of teachers and students learn a unified activity. Students are the masters of the classroom. Learning is a meaningful inquiry behavior of individual students. Classroom teaching should emphasize the initiative of the students, make the class live and make the students move. This article analyzes the factors that affect the students ’learning initiative from several aspects such as classroom atmosphere, seating arrangement, teachers’ questions and teachers ’evaluation, and puts forward some suggestions on how to cultivate students’ learning initiative, aiming to build a student-centered Classroom, give full play to the students’ dominant position and improve the quality and efficiency of primary language classroom teaching.
