研究了用微生物浸出预先氧化法对难溶黄铁矿精矿来提高金、银氰化浸出率。介绍了对三种精矿进行实验室试验的结果。预先处理后,在所有情况下贵金属的回收率都大大提高。有一种精矿将87%的黄铁矿氧化后,金的回收率达到81%,而该精矿不进行预先氧化而直接氰化的回收率仅为24%。其它精矿的金、银回收率分别从60~78%和80~86%增加到90%和98%以上。讨论了操作参数,评价了保持高氧化率的各种方法。论述了在工业实践中采用这种预先氧化方法的途径。
The leaching rate of gold and silver cyanide was increased by using the pre-oxidation method of microorganism leaching of insoluble pyrite concentrate. The results of laboratory tests on three concentrates are presented. After pre-treatment, the recovery of precious metals is greatly increased in all cases. When a concentrate is oxidized by 87% pyrite, the recovery of gold reaches 81%, whereas the recovery of direct cyanidation of the concentrate without prior oxidation is only 24%. Other concentrates of gold, silver recovery rate from 60 to 78% and 80 to 86% increased to 90% and 98%. Operating parameters were discussed and various methods of maintaining high rates of oxidation were evaluated. Discusses the ways in which this pre-oxidation method is employed in industrial practice.
