通过实验,系统研究了旋轮和芯模间隙、旋轮进给比、芯模转速3个关键工艺参数对带内齿离合器毂旋压成形过程中内齿成形性能的影响规律。结果表明,旋轮和芯模间隙越小,内齿的成形效果越好,但产品成形精度和质量越差;旋轮进给比增大有利于内齿成形,但过大的旋轮进给比会降低产品表面质量;芯模转速对内齿的成形效果影响不大,但设备刚度允许的情况下尽量取大值可以提高成形效率。基于上述研究,确定带内齿离合器毂旋压成形过程的合理成形参数取值,并通过实验获得了合格产品。该研究成果对带内齿离合器毂旋压成形过程的优化设计和精确成形与控制具有重要意义。
Through experiments, the effects of three key parameters of rotating wheel and core die gap, rotating wheel feed ratio and mandrel rotational speed on the forming performance of internal gear in the process of spinning with internal gear clutch hub were systematically studied. The results show that the smaller the clearance between the revolver and the mandrel, the better the shaping effect of the internal teeth, but the worse the forming accuracy and quality of the product. The larger the feed ratio of the revolver is, the larger the feed of the revolver Which will reduce the surface quality of the product. The speed of the core mold has little effect on the forming effect of the internal tooth, but as much as possible under the condition of the equipment rigidity, it is possible to improve the forming efficiency. Based on the above research, the proper shaping parameters of the clutch hub with internal gear teeth were determined and the qualified products were obtained through experiments. The research results are of great significance to the optimization design and precise forming and control of the spinning process of internal gear clutch hubs.
