目的:探讨原发性肝细胞肝癌(HCC)组织中细胞黏附分子1(CADM1)、上皮型黏附素(E-cad)的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化法检测84例HCC患者癌组织和癌旁组织中CADM1、E-cad的表达情况,并对CADM1、E-cad表达水平与患者临床病理特征的关系以及CADM1、E-cad两者表达的关系进行分析。结果:CADM1与E-cad在HCC组织中表达阳性率明显低于癌旁组织(P<0.05);CADM1、E-cad表达与HCC患者的临床分期进展及肿瘤包膜完整性有关(P<0.05),而与患者年龄、组织分型无关(均P>0.05);CADM1与E-cad在HCC组织中的表达呈明显正相关(r=0.405,P<0.05)。结论:CADM1、E-cad在HCC组织中呈低表达,且可能与HCC的发生发展、侵袭、转移密切相关,可作为预后指标。
Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of cell adhesion molecule 1 (CADM1) and E-cadherin (E-cad) in primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods: The expression of CADM1 and E-cad in 84 cases of HCC and its adjacent tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between the expression of CADM1 and E-cad and the clinicopathological features of CAD and the expression of CADM1 and E-cad The relationship between the two expression analysis. Results: The positive rates of CADM1 and E-cad in HCC tissue were significantly lower than those in adjacent non-cancerous tissues (P <0.05). The expression of CADM1 and E-cad was correlated with the clinical stage and tumor envelope integrity (P <0.05) ), But not with age and type (P> 0.05). There was a positive correlation between CADM1 and E-cad in HCC (r = 0.405, P <0.05). Conclusion: The expression of CADM1 and E-cad is low in HCC tissues, which may be closely related with the development, invasion and metastasis of HCC and may be used as a prognostic indicator.
