何为人性?如何人性?这是中西学界追索了几千年的重大理论问题。在中国,先秦时期,以孔子为代表的儒家就对此做出过深入而细致的探讨;在西方,古罗马、古希腊的哲人贤者也对此进行过论述并提出了许多卓有远见的看法与观点。其实,管理最重要的要素是人,管理必须考虑人性,因此,人性必然蕴含着管理的意蕴。儒家人性论在今天仍具有极其重要的借鉴价值,现代管理理应坚持“以人为本”的伦理向度。
What is humanity? How human nature? This is a major theoretical issue that has been traced by Chinese and western scholars for thousands of years. During the pre-Qin period in China, the Confucianists represented by Confucius made in-depth and meticulous discussions on this issue. In the west, ancient sages and philosophers of ancient Greece also discussed and put forward many far-sighted Opinion and opinion.
