基于环境不确定性视角定义转移企业的结网策略,运用多主体仿真的方法构建转移企业与本地企业结网合作创新的动态仿真模型,分析环境差异性条件下转移企业结网策略对集群网络结构及知识水平的影响,并探讨仿真涌现特性的产生机理。参数敏感性分析和仿真结果表明:转移企业通过影响集群知识深度和宽度的宏观分布从而对网络结构及知识水平产生影响。环境差异性条件下的集群网络结构和知识水平均呈现出不同的变化规律,风险集群表现出高连通性、高知识水平的涌现特征,沙克尔集群表现出部分转移企业本地嵌入失效及知识宽度多次出现零增长点的特征。从集群长远发展来看,风险环境是更适合转移企业本地嵌入结网的集群环境,风险环境集群是更能加速促进转移企业提升集群知识水平的集群。
Based on the perspective of environmental uncertainty, this paper defines the strategy of network connection for the transfer enterprise, and uses the method of multi-agent simulation to build the dynamic simulation model of the cooperation innovation between the transfer enterprise and the local enterprise, analyzes the influence of the transfer network connection strategy to the cluster network structure And the impact of knowledge level, and explores the mechanism of emergence of simulation features. Parameter sensitivity analysis and simulation results show that the transfer enterprises have an impact on the network structure and knowledge level by affecting the macro distribution of cluster depth and breadth. The cluster network structure and knowledge level under different environmental conditions show different variation rules. The risk cluster shows the characteristics of high connectivity and high knowledge level. The Shaker cluster shows the local embedded failure and the knowledge width of some transfer enterprises There are many characteristics of zero growth point. From the point of view of the long-term development of the cluster, the risk environment is more suitable for the transfer of enterprises embedded in the cluster network environment, the risk environment cluster is more able to accelerate the transfer of enterprises to enhance cluster knowledge level cluster.
