This article reports the blood rheology and blood gas changes of Tibetan sheep after they migrated from the plateau to plains. The results showed that: ① The ηb and Hct in Suzhou group were significantly lower than those in Tianjun group (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in ηP, ηb-1 / H and Hb between two groups (P> 0.05). We call this “separation of erythrocytes and hemoglobin”, suggesting that the cell volume and surface area of the hindgut sheep migrate to the plains to reduce the diffusion of oxygen into the cylinder cells in order to adapt to the oxygen uptake requirement under different partial pressures of oxygen. Hb no significant difference between the groups also indicated; changes in Tibetan sheep to adapt to the plateau hypoxic environment, may not be of great significance. (2) The arterial and venous oxygen pressure and oxygen saturation in Tianjun group were significantly lower than those in Suzhou group (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in arterial and venous carbon dioxide partial pressure and Ph value (P> 0.05) Ventilation valve passivation
