采用MTT还原法和乳酸脱氢酶释放法研究热休克反应对新生大鼠脑星形胶质细胞的保护作用。结果表明,热休克反应能增强星形胶质细胞对H2O2耐受力。实验还测定了热休克反应对新生大鼠脑星形胶质细胞白细胞介素6(IL-6)释放的影响。结果显示,热休克反应后6h,星形胶质细胞IL-6释放明显增多。结果提示,IL-6分泌的增加可能是热休克反应的细胞保护作用机制之一。
MTT reduction and lactate dehydrogenase release were used to study the protective effect of heat shock on neonatal rat brain astrocytes. The results show that heat shock response can enhance the resistance of astrocytes to H2O2. The effect of heat shock on the release of interleukin-6 (IL-6) from astrocytes in neonatal rats was also tested. The results showed that 6 h after heat shock reaction, astrocytes IL-6 release increased significantly. The results suggest that the increase of IL-6 secretion may be one of the mechanisms of cell protection in heat shock response.
