本文概括介绍了甲状旁腺激素(以下称 PTH)近年来的药理研究进展。重点阐述了 PTH的舒张血管,降低血压,松弛子宫、气管和胃肠道等平滑肌的作用及其构效关系。PTH 的各种药理作用,均系直接作用于靶器官,与体内已知的活性物质无关。位于24-28位上的氨基酸为其降压作用所必需。PTH 的药理作用的细胞机制,目前认为是与提高细胞内 cAMP 和阻断钙通道有关。
This article summarizes the progress of pharmacological research on parathyroid hormone (hereinafter referred to as PTH) in recent years. Emphatically expounded the relaxation of PTH blood vessels, lower blood pressure, relaxation of the uterus, trachea and gastrointestinal tract and other smooth muscle function and structure-activity relationship. PTH’s various pharmacological effects are directly on the target organ, and the body has nothing to do with the known active substances. Amino acids at positions 24-28 are required for their hypotensive effect. The cellular mechanism for the pharmacological effects of PTH is currently believed to be related to increasing intracellular cAMP and blocking calcium channels.
