本文用浸银法和扫描电镜对猫空肠肌间神经丛进行了观察。发现了Dogiel Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ型细胞,并结合图片描述了它们的不同特征。Ⅰ型细胞有一条细长的轴突和许多短而粗的树突、为多极神经元。Ⅱ型细胞的突起细长,轴、树突很难区分、细胞形态是多种多样的,可为假单极、双极和多极神经元。Ⅲ型细胞为树突呈放射状排列的多极神经元。另外,还观察到比Dogiel细胞小的小神经细胞。对神经元的细胞类型及其与机能之间的关系进行了讨论。
In this paper, immersion silver method and scanning electron microscopy of the cat jejunal myenteric plexus was observed. Dogiel Type I, Type II and Type III cells were found and their different features were described in conjunction with the pictures. Type I cells have a slender axon and many short and thick dendrites, which are multipolar neurons. Proliferation of type Ⅱ cells, axons, dendrites is difficult to distinguish, the cell morphology is diverse, for the fake monopoles, bipolar and multipolar neurons. Type III cells are dendrites in a radial arrangement of multipolar neurons. In addition, smaller neurons than Dogiel cells were observed. The types of neurons and their relationship to function are discussed.
