本案例研究以生命周期分析、生态战略轮理论、生态设计十个准则为基础,通过对中国大型电信设备制造企业——上海贝尔股份有限公司的案例研究,探讨和分析了中国电信设备制造企业在当前环境绩效的压力下,如何从产品维护层次向产品系统层次逐步进行生态设计,使企业具有可持续发展能力。在详细调研上海贝尔股份有限公司的生产、研发、销售、服务等业务流程模式的基础上,本文通过生命周期分析对上海贝尔股份有限公司产品进行了完整的评估,并识别出上海贝尔股份有限公司在生态设计方面需要加强的部分;随后,根据目前上海贝尔股份有限公司生态设计的现状,本文依据生态战略轮和生态设计十个准则对上海贝尔股份有限公司的生态设计进行了系统的规划并提出实施建议。该案例的分析和生态设计规划对于中国其他电信设备制造企业具有很强的参考价值。
This case study based on life cycle analysis, eco-strategy wheel theory and eco-design ten criteria, through the case study of Shanghai Bell Co., Ltd., a large-scale telecom equipment manufacturer in China, explored and analyzed the influence of China telecom equipment manufacturers on Under the pressure of current environmental performance, how to gradually carry out ecological design from the product maintenance level to the product system level so as to make the enterprise have the capacity of sustainable development. On the basis of a detailed investigation of business process models such as production, R & D, sales and service of Shanghai Bell Co., Ltd., this article makes a complete assessment of the products of Shanghai Bell Co., Ltd through life cycle analysis and identifies the business model of Shanghai Bell Co., Ltd. Then, according to the present eco-design status of Shanghai Bell Co., Ltd., the paper systematically plans and proposes the eco-design of Shanghai Bell Co., Ltd. according to the ten guidelines of eco-strategy round and eco-design Implementation advice. The case analysis and eco-design planning have strong reference value for other telecom equipment manufacturers in China.
