目的:探讨白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、血管细胞粘附分子-1(VCAM-1)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)在妊娠期高血压疾病(HDCP)大鼠血清及胎盘组织中的表达水平及其在发病机制中的作用。方法:选取雌性SD大鼠30只,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组15只。实验组给予亚硝基左旋精氨酸甲酯诱导建立HDCP大鼠模型;对照组应用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)法分别检测两组大鼠分娩前IL-1、VCAM-1和TNF-α表达水平。结果:实验组SD大鼠血清中IL-1、VCAM-1和TNF-α表达水平明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:IL-1、VCAM-1和TNF-α与HDCP发生、发展密切相关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of interleukin-1 (IL-1), vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (VCAM-1) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF- The expression of placental tissue and its role in pathogenesis. Methods: Thirty female SD rats were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 15 rats in each group. Rats in experimental group were given nitroso-L-arginine methyl ester to establish HDCP rat model. In control group, the levels of IL-1, VCAM-1 and TNF-α before delivery were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) The expression level. Results: The levels of IL-1, VCAM-1 and TNF-α in serum of SD rats in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: IL-1, VCAM-1 and TNF-α are closely related to the occurrence and development of HDCP.
