为探讨螺旋CT仿真结肠镜对模拟息肉检测的灵敏性 ,取长约 2 5cm猪结肠 10段和人结肠癌术后标本 6段制成模拟息肉 ,应用不同参数进行扫描 ,采用不同的观察方法分析模拟息肉的检出率。结果显示 ,随准直和螺距的减小 ,息肉的检出率提高 ;肠段纵轴与扫描架平面成 90°角时息肉检出率最高 ;仿真结肠镜的检出率高于轴位和其他成像方法 ,但多种方法结合可提高检出率。研究结果提示 ,不同的扫描参数对息肉检出率有不同影响 ,合适的参数为准直宽度 5mm、螺距 1 5、肠腔内充盈气体 ,用多种方法观察图像可提高息肉的检出率。
In order to investigate the sensitivity of colonoscopies to simulated polyp detection by spiral CT simulation, 10 polycyloskeletal colonies of length about 25 cm and postoperative colon carcinoma specimens of 6 segments were made into simulated polyps, and the parameters were used for scanning.
