目的了解各类放射工作场所放射卫生防护现状,探讨放射防护管理模式。方法收集2005年我省部分放射工作单位工作场所空气吸收剂量率,通过数据统计和现场调查相结合进行分析。结果核医学工作场所空气吸收剂量率最大,核仪表工作场所空气吸收剂量率最小。结论应将核医学工作人员列为放射性健康监护重点人群,加大医疗机构放射卫生监督执法力度。
Objective To understand the status quo of radiation health protection in all kinds of radiation workplaces and to explore the radiation protection management mode. Methods The dose rate of air absorbed by some radiological units in the workplace in 2005 was collected and analyzed through the combination of data statistics and field surveys. Results The nuclear air dose rate was the highest in the nuclear workplace and the lowest in the nuclear instrumentation workplace. Conclusion Nuclear medicine staff should be listed as key radiological health care crowd and medical institutions to strengthen supervision and law enforcement of radiation health.
