我们曾处理过一批16mm 厚的 LY12板材,其化学成分在标准范围内。按常规工艺497±2℃,保温25min 处理,用0.05级电子电位整计进行测量(每隔3min 读数一次),保温过程中没出现超温现象。但经金相检查后,发现有过烧现象,延伸率也极低,达不到要求。经多次试验,我们将原工艺改为491±3℃,保温25min 的超低限热处理工艺,淬火后再置于100℃水中保温10h 以上,经检验,机械性能为σ_b=445MPa,δ_5=22.5%,未出现过烧现象,完全满足设计要求。
We have handled a number of 16mm thick LY12 plates with chemical compositions within the standard range. According to conventional process 497 ± 2 ℃, heat 25min treatment, with 0.05 level electronic potential measurement of the total (every 3min readings), did not over-temperature during the insulation phenomenon. However, after metallographic examination, found that over-burning phenomenon, the elongation is also very low, fail to meet the requirements. After repeated tests, we changed the original process to 491 ± 3 ℃, 25min ultra-low temperature heat treatment, quenched and then placed in water at 100 ℃ for 10h or more, after testing, the mechanical properties of σ_b = 445MPa, δ_5 = 22.5 %, Did not appear over-burning phenomenon, fully meet the design requirements.
