众所周知若干刺激造血因子可以在巨核系祖细胞水平上来调节巨核细胞集落形成单位(CFU-MK)。本文就正常人AB血清、再障病人血清及PHA刺激的细胞制备的条件培养液(PHA-LCM)对CFU-MK影响的研究确定最佳的血清浓度并比较了再障病人血清和PHA-LCM对CFU-MK形成的影响后,认为PHA-LCM可以取代再障病人血清,以解决再障病人血清来源的困难。
It is well known that several stimulated hematopoietic factors regulate megakaryocyte colony forming units (CFU-MK) at the level of megakaryocytic progenitor cells. In this study, we investigated the effect of PHA-LCM on CFU-MK in normal people with AB serum, aplastic anemia and PHA-stimulated cells to determine the best serum concentration and compared the effects of PHA-LCM After the influence of CFU-MK formation, it is considered that PHA-LCM can replace the serum of aplastic anemia patients to solve the problem of serum source of aplastic anemia patients.
