[目的/意义]构建面向开放式创新的智力资源生态圈能够为企业的人力资源规划和智力资源优化提供重要支撑,同时也为行业智库知识管理带来借鉴。[方法/过程]通过案例研究,分析云南中烟工业有限责任公司技术中心构建智力资源生态圈的设想和实施过程。[结果/结论 ]通过建设开放式创新智力资源生态圈,可对智力资源进行有效掌控和利用,并将其转化为技术中心的知识资产,实现知识资产的增值和传承。
[Purpose / Significance] Constructing an Intellectual Resource Ecology Circle for Open Innovation Can Provide Significant Support to Human Resources Planning and Intellectual Resource Optimization in an Enterprise, and Provide Reference for Industry Think Tank Knowledge Management. [Methods / Processes] Through case studies, this paper analyzes the design and implementation of the construction of the intellectual resources ecosystem in Yunnan Tobacco Industrial Co., Ltd. Technology Center. [Result / Conclusion] By building an open innovation ecosystem of intellectual resources, the intellectual resources can be effectively controlled and utilized, and transformed into knowledge assets of technology centers so as to realize the value added and inheritance of knowledge assets.
