在我国目前的刑事犯罪中,性犯罪的比例最大,其中,青少年的性犯罪问题更是占有了很大的比例,尽管随着时间的发展各级政法机关依法严惩了一大批强奸、轮奸、猥亵幼女、猥亵妇女及其他更为严重的犯罪,并取得了很好的成效。但是,在我国的一些落后地区还是存在着严重的社会问题,甚至还有逐年上升的趋势,这些活动严重损害人民心理健康,扰乱社会秩序,因此惩戒性犯罪也成为了各司法机关的重中之重,也是法学研究的重要方向,本文主要就被害人方面展开讨论。
