冷轧带肋钢筋是我国近几年由国外引进的高效钢材新品种,它以普碳盘条(或低合金盘条)经多道冷轧(或冷拔)减径和一道刻痕最后形成带三面月牙纹的钢筋,广泛应用于多层建筑的内墙、水泥电杆、高速公路、机场跑道、铁道枕中的配筋,由于其强度高,节省钢材,加工容易,塑性良好以及与混凝土结合有较好的握裹力而得到迅速发展,92年11月我国发布了冷轧带肋钢筋标准GB13788-92。笔者根据GB13788-92(以下简称国标)规定,结合实践以应用范围较广的5规格为例,阐述冷轧带肋钢筋(以下简称钢筋)孔型设计中各参数的选择及计算。
