目的:建立止痛化瘀搽剂中欧前胡素和细辛脂素的含量测定方法,为其质量标准制定奠定基础。方法:Kromasil C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),欧前胡素含量测定流动相为:甲醇-水(65∶35),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为300 nm;细辛脂素含量测定流动相为:乙腈-水,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为287nm。结果:欧前胡素在25.0~375 ng范围内呈良好的线性(r=0.9997),加样回收率为98.96%(n=6),RSD为2.28%;细辛脂素在74.0~1110 ng范围内呈良好的线性(r=0.9996),加样回收率为96.12%(n=6),RSD为2.20%。结论:该法操作简便,专属性强,重现性好,可为止痛化瘀搽剂质量标准的制定提供科学依据。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of midorbiodin and asarone in Analgesic and Huayu liniment, which lays the foundation for the formulation of its quality standard. METHODS: The mobile phase of Imperatorin was as follows: methanol-water (65:35) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL / min with a detection wavelength of 300 nm on a Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL / min and a detection wavelength of 287 nm. RESULTS: Imperatorin showed a good linearity (r = 0.9997) within the range of 25.0- 375 ng, with a recovery of 98.96% (n = 6) and RSD of 2.28% The range was linear (r = 0.9996) with a recovery of 96.12% (n = 6) and a RSD of 2.20%. Conclusion: The method is simple, specific, reproducible, and provides a scientific basis for the formulation of the quality standards of pain and blood stasis liniment.
