我们在某硫铁矿区施工时,水泵零件由于受硫磺水的诱蚀,消耗很快,特别是水泵阀芯常常供不应求。阀芯长80毫米左右,由于中间有4毫米厚的台阶直径22毫米,而两头的直径才15毫米。当时,分队修配组一直用φ25毫米的圆钢加工。这样工作量大,原材料浪费多。后来,我们设计了如下一套冲模,用φ16毫米圆铁,烧红冲压出中间的台阶,经过冲压出来的坯料,车工加工可以提高工效两倍多,同时节省了原材料,满足了生产的需要。见附图。
