脂肪分泌的瘦素通过细胞膜瘦素受体发挥作用,目前为止发现的受体有6种亚型。瘦素及其受体在多种肿瘤组织中表达增高。瘦素结合不同的受体亚型激活包括酪蛋白激酶/信号传导及转录激活因子(janus kinase/signal transducers and activators oftranscription,JAK/STAT)、磷脂酰肌醇3(phosphatidylinositol 3一kinase,P13k)、胰岛素受体底物l(insulin receptor substrate-l,IRSl)及细胞因子信号传导抑制蛋3(suppressor of cytokine signaling一3,SOCS3)等信号通路并进一步诱导肿瘤发生、转移及侵袭,这些研究说明瘦素系统在促进肿瘤的发病及进展过程中起到重要作用,对其信号通路的深入研究有可能为肿瘤靶向治疗提供理论依据。本文就
