肿瘤微环境(tumor microenvironment,TME)在肿瘤恶性进展、免疫逃逸和治疗抵抗中发挥重要作用.根据TME特点开发安全有效的免疫疗法是目前抗肿瘤技术研究的热点,同时个体化TME特征作为免疫治疗耐受的主因,有待发掘合理的适用人群和联合治疗方案,以便优化现有的免疫治疗策略.本文对TME特征、免疫状态及肿瘤免疫治疗策略的研究进展进行综述,通过深入理解多元化的TME和免疫策略,为个体的精准化免疫治疗提供线索和依据.
