由中汽协统计出的“非完整车辆”相当于一直习惯称谓的改装(车)用底盘,但不能称其为专用汽车底盘,因为其绝大部分被改装成专用汽车(含专用货车、专用作业车及专用客车)、极少部分被改装成普通客车;“非完整车辆”是专用汽车底盘来源中的重要组成部分。可以说,“非完整车辆”的市场走势大体上反映了一个“时期”后整个专用汽车市场走势,从而透过前者可前瞻性地研判后者。至于这个“时期”有多长?取决于“非完整车辆”被改装成专用汽车(及客车)并被销售出去的周期。
