连州电厂 2台 4 2 0t/h无烟煤锅炉存在燃烧不稳 ,经常发生灭火 ,锅炉效率达不到设计值等问题 ,必须进行治理。发生上述问题的原因是 :一、二次风的布置和炉膛结构不利于无烟煤的着火和稳燃 ;空气预热器设计不合理 ;存在较大的烟气残余旋流 ;给粉不均匀 ,引起炉内燃烧波动。锅炉稳燃改造时 ,对燃烧器进行了改造 :取消中下二次风 ,缩小下一次风与中一次风间的距离 ,以利于无烟煤的着火和稳燃 ;增加卫燃带面积 ;对给粉机进行改造 ;减少高温级省煤器受热面 ;三次风改为自引式结构 ;改变油枪位置 ,减小油枪出力 ,加装 1层小油枪。改造后 8个多月的运行情况表明 ,锅炉的稳燃及其他性能取得了明显的改善 ,运行平稳。

The operation of more than 8 months after the renovation shows that the stable combustion and other properties of the boiler have been significantly improved and the operation is smooth.
