In the past year, the U.S. Congress’s impeachment over President Clinton triggered by sexual scandal has aroused widespread concern in the international community. The analysis by domestic and foreign media and experts points out that this incident is essentially a “party struggle” caused by the interests of the parties by the U.S. Republicans and Democrats.
