针对“十二五”水专项太湖流域上海地区饮用水安全输配中的突出问题,研究供水管网水质安全多级保障与漏损控制技术并进行工程示范,示范工程管网水质稳定达标,示范区供水产销差率在“十一五”基础上下降6.68个百分点;结合国家需求和上海市的地方需求,通过多级消毒、管道冲洗、漏损控制、非开挖修复和布局优化等五个方面的研究,有力地支撑上海市供水管网系统的安全保障和用户端饮用水卫生安全保障工作。
