攀枝花苏铁(Cycas panzhihuaensis)是近年来我国苏铁属植物中新发现的一个新种。由于人工不断地采挖,资源破坏较重,再加上自然授粉结实率低,对这种植物的发展十分不利。为此,我们利用引种于公园内的攀枝花苏铁,进行了人工授粉试验。人工授粉的时间和方法当雌花出现20天左右,形成圆球形的球花,紧贴中轴韵大孢子叶顶端裂齿已松劲微微张开时,授粉效果最好。采集花粉宜选择无风晴天,在中午或下午进行,避免花粉受潮。并在雄花周围铺上纸片,轻轻摇动雄球花,使花粉飘落纸上。花粉随采
Cycas panzhihuaensis is a new species newly found in Cycas in China.
