车室内噪声控制具有重要的研究意义。建立某拖拉机驾驶室结构和声学的数值模型,通过模态分析评估声腔整体设计;基于声固耦合分析计算驾驶员右耳旁声压,利用声学传递向量进行驾驶室面板声学贡献度分析,确定实际激励下引起噪声峰值的主要正贡献面板。根据分析结果对结构进行改进,降低了驾驶员耳旁噪声,研究结果对工程生产具有一定的参考价值。
Vehicle interior noise control has important research significance. The structure and acoustics of a tractor cab are numerically modeled, the overall design of the acoustic cavity is evaluated through modal analysis, the acoustic pressure near the right ear of the tractor is calculated based on the acoustic-mechanical coupling analysis, and the acoustical transmission vector is used to analyze the acoustic contribution of the cab panel to determine the actual The main contributing panel causing noise spikes under excitation. According to the result of the analysis, the structure is improved to reduce the noises on the driver’s ear. The research results have certain reference value for engineering production.
