辽宁省彰武县章古台地区,位于东北西部科尔沁沙地东南缘,年降水量约500毫米。这里在沙地上引种的樟子松(Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica Litv.)较为稳定,生长较快。27年生树高达10米,胸径16.4厘米,生物量84105公斤/公顷,材积105.2米~3/公顷。樟子松引种已由科尔沁沙地东南部发展到北部及西部,在年降水量350毫米左右的敖汗和奈曼地区樟子松生长也很好。但是在章古台地区樟子松栽培20年以后,林地土壤水分状况显著恶化,生长量下降。因此,研究樟子松人工林土壤的水热分布状况和变化趋势,对改善现有林的经营管理和进一步开展樟子松造林有很大意义。

Mongolica plantation is of great significance to improving the management of the existing forest and further afforestation of Pinus sylvestris var. Mongolica.
