本文采用表面浸渗复合技术制备金属陶瓷表面复合钢锭模,并对复合钢锭模的制备、使用寿命、所生产的钢锭质量、失效方式、复合层的组织形态等进行研究。结果表明,本方法可在钢锭模内表面获得2~5mm厚的金属陶瓷复合层,并可明显提高钢锭模的使用寿命和钢锭表面质量。
In this paper, surface impregnation composite technology was used to prepare the composite ingot mold with cermet surface. The preparation and service life of the ingot mold, the quality of the ingot produced, the failure mode and the morphology of the composite layer were studied. The results show that the method can obtain the cermet composite layer with the thickness of 2 ~ 5mm on the inner surface of the ingot mold, and can obviously improve the service life of the ingot mold and the surface quality of the ingot.
