飞机是使用大量标准件进行装配的典型产品,以商用飞机设计过程中使用的标准件为研究对象,在分析程序控制模型自动构建的基础上,创建了一个向导式的标准件模型选用系统,提出了通过程序文本实时构建模型代替传统标准件库调取模型的方法,以实现飞机标准件模型在设计过程中的快速选用。实践表明,提出的飞机标准件模型实时生成技术解决了传统标准件库模型解析造成的设计终端和服务器运行缓慢的问题,大大提高了飞机设计的效率。
Aircraft is a typical product assembled by using a large number of standard parts. Taking the standard parts used in the design of commercial aircraft as the research object, the paper analyzes the automatic construction of the control model of the aircraft, and creates a guided selection system of standard parts model In this paper, a real-time construction model of program text is used to replace the traditional standard parts library retrieval model to achieve rapid selection of the aircraft standard parts model in the design process. Practice shows that the proposed real-time generation technology of aircraft standard parts model solves the problem of slow running of design terminals and servers caused by the analysis of traditional standard parts library models and greatly improves the efficiency of aircraft design.
