间充质干细胞是用于组织工程和细胞治疗的重要细胞,它可向成骨细胞、软骨细胞、肌肉细胞、神经细胞等分化。生物化学因素和物理因素均对间充质干细胞向心肌细胞分化有影响。间充质干细胞向心肌细胞分化的研究主要集中在生物化学因素上。本文综述了在体外环境下生物化学因素以及力学和电磁刺激对间充质干细胞向心肌细胞分化影响的研究进展。
Mesenchymal stem cells are important cells for tissue engineering and cell therapy. They differentiate into osteoblasts, chondrocytes, muscle cells, and nerve cells. Both biochemical and physical factors influence the differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells into cardiomyocytes. Mesenchymal stem cells to cardiomyocytes mainly focus on biochemical factors. This review summarizes the progress of biochemical factors and the effects of mechanical and electromagnetic stimulation on the differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells into cardiomyocytes in vitro.
