以丙烯酸(AA)、聚乙二醇(PEG)和腐植酸(HA)为原料,N,N-二亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,采用水溶液法合成了不同HA含量的AA-PEG-HA三元共聚复合吸水树脂。最佳的实验条件为:APS用量占AA质量的4%,MBA用量占AA质量的0.500%,AA中和度为60%,V(H2O)/V(AA)为6.25,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为2.0 h。在最佳实验条件下,当HA用量占AA质量的75%时,所合成的树脂在去离子水中的吸液率为310 g/g,在质量分数为0.9%的NaCl溶液中的吸液率为38 g/g。
Ammonium persulfate (APS) was used as the initiator to synthesize polyacrylamide with AA, PEG and humic acid (HA) as raw materials, N, N-dimethylene bisacrylamide , AA-PEG-HA ternary copolymer water-absorbing resin with different content of HA was synthesized by aqueous solution method. The best experimental conditions were as follows: the amount of APS was 4% of AA, the amount of MBA was 0.500% of AA, the degree of AA neutralization was 60%, the ratio of V (H2O) / V (AA) was 6.25 and the reaction temperature was 80 ℃ , The reaction time is 2.0 h. Under the best experimental conditions, when the amount of HA accounted for 75% of the mass of AA, the as-picked ratio of the synthesized resin in deionized water was 310 g / g, and the liquid absorption rate in NaCl solution of mass fraction of 0.9% Is 38 g / g.
