【摘 要】
：
方言土语在一定程度上反映和代表着当地的民族风情、地方语言特色和人文环境，但这些方言土语同时也存在着一定的负面效应。这主要表现在教师的教育教学工作中，可以毫不夸张地说，这几乎是所有教育工作者共同长期为之困惑的焦点问题，尤其是在农村山区显得更为严重和突出。它成了教育教学改革征程上的绊脚石。 下面我就以一名在山区教育战线上奋战了近乎三十年的老教师身份谈谈方言土语对农村山区教育工作的影响及其改革设想。
