该文用放射免疫法及ELISA法两种方法测定了25例脑囊虫病患者血清和脑脊液TNFα及血清sIL-2R含量。结果:脑囊虫病患者血清TNFα含量(放射免疫法:15.63±1.91,n=21;ELISA法:0.68±0.45,n=25)和血清sIL-2R(ELTSA法:233.92±114.19,n=25)均较正常对照组显著升高(P<0.001)。患者血清TNFα和slL-2R间未显示相关关系(r=-0.258,P>0.2)。脑脊液中TNFα含量(放射免疫法:6.53±2.14,n=21)与对照组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结果提示,sIL-2R和TNFα均参与脑囊虫病时的系统免疫反应,但两种日子在不同患者间的应答可能存在一定的差异。血清TNFα含量升高与鞘内性产生无关。
The serum and CSF levels of TNFα and sIL-2R in 25 patients with cerebral cysticercosis were measured by radioimmunoassay and ELISA. Results: Serum levels of TNFα (radioimmunoassay: 15.63 ± 1.91, n = 21; ELISA: 0.68 ± 0.45, n = 25) and serum sIL-2R .92 ± 114.19, n = 25) were significantly higher than the normal control group (P <0.001). Serum TNFα and slL-2R showed no correlation (r = -0.258, P> 0.2). The level of TNFα in CSF (radioimmunoassay: 6.53 ± 2.14, n = 21) showed no significant difference compared with the control group (P> 0.05). The results suggest that both sIL-2R and TNFα are involved in the systemic immune response during cerebral cysticercosis, but there may be some differences between the two days in patient response. The increase of serum TNFα has nothing to do with the intrathecal production.
